Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Selloff, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Selloff is a tool that lets you build a private catalogue of items and share it through a private link. Selloff is not a marketplace. We do not process payments, hold items, arrange delivery, or take part in any transaction between you and a buyer. Any sale, payment, and hand-over happens directly between you and the buyer, off-platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Selloff.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree that you will not:

• list items you do not own or are not legally permitted to sell;
• list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise prohibited goods;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
• post unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive content;
• misuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you — including processing photos through our AI feature when you choose to use it.

The AI feature produces suggested titles, descriptions, prices, and condition assessments from your photos. These can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every draft before you publish it; published listings are your representations, not ours.

Because Selloff is only a catalogue-and-link tool, we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, payment, delivery, condition of goods, or dispute between a seller and a buyer. You publish your own contact details and they are visible to anyone who has your sale’s link.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selloff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of transactions or dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Selloff and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
